If you've never done a martial art, you're probably worried about getting hurt, wasting your time, or looking bad. 

This class is designed to teach you a complete collection of self-defense techniques to efficiently combat the most common assaults in a physical confrontation. 

Regardless of your skill level, our focus is on safely conditioning your movement and reflexes. It's important that you learn these techniques first, as they will enable you to prevent injury and prepare you to survive a violent encounter. 

Fighting Foundations classes are at 6pm Monday through Friday, and Saturday at 12pm.
